This adorable boy in the video is just five years old. His name is Akim Camara and he had already performed Ferdinand Kuchler’s violin concertino in G, opus 11 with André in the Netherlands when he was just three! Can you believe it? What a talented little man!
Akim has an uncanny ability to memorize a musical piece after hearing it only once or twice. And his violin skills are beyond exceptional for his age! With time he began performing more complex pieces. This video shows Akim playing Felix Mendelssohn’s ‘Dance of the Fairies’ with André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra. The look of disbelief in the face of the audience members is hilarious!
Watch this amazingly talented boy video below! I would really like to see more from him! Let us know your thoughts about this video in the comments!
