Charlie Lenehan and Leorndra Devries, aka Bars and Melody blew everyone away with their utter sweetness and originality. They both are young and just middle schoolers but they were mature enough to know about bullying and even sing about it. In this audition, they performed a song based on Twista and Faith Evans’ “Hope” with Devries replacing the original verses with ones protesting against bullying.

The way they present their soulful music and rap will actually sweep you off your feet. Judges couldn’t stop their tears from flowing and neither could I.
