It is often said that diamonds are a woman’s best friend. But the following video shows something entirely different. 26 year old Clare Syversten from Northolt, Middlesex suffers from a degenerative bone condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. And her best friend? Griffin, a golden retriever cross who will go beyond his power for his owner.
Clare’s condition could cause her joints to dislocate at even the slightest of movements. But thanks her faithful companion, she gets a chance to a whole new life. Griffin helps her get dressed, he loads the washing machine, and he even flushes the toilet! They met via the charity Canine Partners, who match assistance dogs with disabled owners and this duo has been inseparable for nearly two years now!
