Duett buffo di due gatti which is also called humorous duet for two cats is a famous classical piece. It is frequently performed as a concert encore. This hysterical piece is really fascinating since the lyrics are made entirely out of the word miau (meow). This song is credited to Gioachino Rossini, though it wasn’t written by him. But not matter the origin, this is widely performed.
The boys that are singing in the video below are a part of a group called Les Petit Chanteurs A La Croix De Bois also known as Little Singers Of Paris. The central singers are Hyacinthe de Moulins and Regis Mengus who are both awesome baritones now. I can’t get enough of this video despite the many times I have watched it!
