You have probably heard the oh-so famous song “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. It made a huge impact when it was first released and still continues to take the world by storm. The single received positive reviews from music critics, and spent 14 consecutive weeks at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. Not just that, there are numerous promotional and cover videos of this song which went viral on the internet overnight.

This video below features an “Uptown Funk” inspired music video which is titled “Naptown Funk”. For this video, midshipmen of Annapolis’s Naval Academy collected more than 50 midshipmen and recorded this incredible clip. Apparently, the ‘Naptown’ these men are talking about in this video is a nickname given to Annapolis, Maryland. The mastermind behind this parody video is Midshipman First Class (senior) Ryland Tuohy who wrote and choreographed this video.

This video is the best parody version of Uptown Funk I have ever seen. You will definitely enjoy this! Watch this video below and share your thoughts with us in the comments below!
