Have you ever heard of “rain bomb” before? It is a type of storm which can generate winds of over 150 mph and affects an area of no more than two and a half miles. It is also called “wet microburst” and is really amazing. If you have never seen a wet microburst before, then prepare to be stunned.
Brian Snyder wanted to capture the monsoon in his camera. So he set up his camera on a nearby mountainside in Tuscon, Arizona just before a huge storm was about to roll through. He was sure that this time his time-lapse camera would capture something incredible. But he got more than what he expected. As he went to grab his camera after the storm, he was totally surprised to see what his camera captured.
